Get creative. Usually, apartments at least have an outdoor stairwell or entryway where you can plant SOMEthing. Get some boards, nail them together, buy some soil, and plant away. (Or just go to Home Depot and buy one that's premade - that's just so not Mended Nesty. #judgingyou #jk)
